Drawing from years working in high-impact and high-intensity work environments with global technology and management consulting firms and the Australian Defence Force. she brings a unique perspective to understanding the challenges and pressures people face in the workplace and the effects of stress and change on overall well-being. She has seen human beings pushed to their physical, mental and emotional limits. She has also been one of them.
Penny brings this lived experience and expertise in leadership program design, positive psychology, organisational change, and wellbeing shares insights, and practical and realistic tools to bring about simple shifts or fundamental change to your wellbeing.
